2, violent vibration may cause imbalance of electric rotor, or poor coupling, bearing wear and bending; It may also lead to loose and broken parts of rotating parts. It can be adjusted, repaired, reinforced and replaced.
3. The bottom valve of the Fire Control Pump is jammed, the filter part is blocked, the suction height is too high or the suction air leaks, or the impeller runner is blocked due to the wrong steering. Repair bottom valve, remove blockage, correct steering, cleaning impeller and other measures.
4, packing overheating because the packing is too tight, cooling water can not enter the packing, shaft surface damage. Appropriate measures can be taken to relax the packing and clean up the sealing pipe blockage. Before installation, soak it in the oil, load it round by round, and stagger the incision. After a circle of packing is installed, the gland should be installed tightly, and then the tightness should be adjusted when running.
We can solve the problem according to the reason that the fire pump does not pump, such as the tightening of some threads, to eliminate the phenomenon of pump pumping, but also to solve the leakage phenomenon in time, so that the use of the pump to return to normal.
