I. Reasons:
1, pump shaft bending.
2. Bearing lubricating oil is insufficient or too much, including silt and debris.
3. Bearing clearance does not meet the requirements. The bearing outer ring and bearing body are too loose or too tight, causing the fire pump bearing to heat.
4, the static balance of the pump rotor is not good. The radial force of the pump rotor increases, resulting in bearing heating.
5, bearing has been damaged, or other accessories, such as rolling bearing cage damage, steel ball broken inner ring or outer ring fracture.
Ii. Solutions:
1, the fire pump pump shaft to try to get straight.
2, give the bearing lubricating oil in time, but can not add too much, the sundries on the pump shaft are removed in time.
3, control bearing clearance, bearing outer ring and bearing body can not be too loose or too tight.
4, reduce the radial force of the pump rotor.
5. Open the check in time and replace the bearing.
