3. Check the connection plate of injection pump transmission of diesel engine fire pump: check whether the connection screw is loose. If loose, recalibrate the injection advance Angle and tighten the connecting screw.
4. Check the oil level in the oil pan of the diesel engine Fire Pump: Fire Pump Equipment observe whether the oil level reaches the mark on the dipstick. When the oil level is not enough, the oil level should be added to the specified amount, but cannot exceed the upper limit of the ruler line.
5. Check the oil level of the fuel injection pump governor of the diesel fire pump: if the specified mark is not reached, add enough oil (some fuel pump governor does not have a ruler, this step can be omitted).
6. Clean the appearance of the diesel engine and its accessories of the diesel engine fire pump: wipe the fuselage, turbocharger, cylinder head housing, air cleaner and other surfaces, such as oil stains, water and dust, with dry cloth or diesel immersion cloth; Use compressed air to clean or blow dust off surfaces such as rechargeable generators, radiators and fans.
